Ainslie is seeking an experienced compliance professional to support our AFSL obligations on a part-time basis. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys partnering with the business, embedding compliance into change, and providing clear, pragmatic advice.

Key focus areas

  • Maintaining and enhancing our compliance framework in line with ASIC, AFCA and AFSL requirements
  • Providing practical regulatory advice and monitoring regulatory change
  • Reviewing new products, services and business initiatives from a compliance perspective
  • Supporting ASIC and AFCA reporting, audits, and compliance monitoring
  • Promoting a strong compliance culture through training, guidance and stakeholder engagement
