As part of Ainslie’s exciting expansion, we are establishing a small team of Genuine All-Rounder professionals to deliver customer service excellence on the Gold Coast.
The role sees the servicing of customers in person, by phone, and processing web orders for the selling and buying back of precious metals bullion and cryptocurrencies. Additionally, the role helps in sales-related administration tasks daily.

As part of Ainslie’s exciting expansion, we have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist/Administration Assistant to be the First Point of Contact for our valued customers and stakeholders - so having a professional, calm, helpful and friendly demeanour is key.
You will provide all-round general reception and administration support including – meet & greet clients, first point of call with the phone and email, ordering stationery & general supplies, ensuring office and lunch room presentation. Assistant Finance Manager - Bullion & Crypto
Continued growth for the Ainslie Group requires the creation of a new role for an experienced and capable Assistant Finance Manager to work closely with the Finance & Systems Manager and the small finance team.
You will be a driven finance professional with strong technical accounting skills, business acumen, core systems and process skills, and an ability to work closely with a small finance team to mentor and develop them.
Whilst your technical skills and knowledge are pertinent, it is your positive, dedicated and forward thinking and proactive hands-on approach that is critical. Your enthusiasm and desire to produce efficient and quality outcomes will be called upon.
